Yabah Properties and Investment Gh Ltd is the registered name of the company. The company is located in a modern and spacious office at Kasoa old barrier adjacent to the block factory near the Petrosol filling station. It was founded by Mr. Clement k. Nyamson.
Our traditional business model is based on the accomplishment on various fields of businesses since 2000. That is farming, hire purchase, micro finance, service plots and hospitality. Base on the decision of the company to diversify into properties, we have now established this company to meet the needs of the Ghanaian low and middle income earners of our economy to secure good and family centered housing unit with the most minimum investment.
Mr. Clement K. Nyamson is a seasoned entrepreneur and a trained Agriculturist with several years’ experience. He started his career working with the Ministry of Agriculture from 1990 – 1992 within which period he won a scholarship from the Libyan government to read BSc Agriculture and Political Science. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Farm Management and several other Diplomas and Certificates in Agricultural Science, Management, Family Planning, and Leadership. He has worked as a Project Coordinator for the World Bank Ghana officer (Agric Desk) from 1992 – 1994. In 1994-1999 due to exceptional performance and leadership, he was appointed as the first Farm Manager of the University Of Education Winneba. He is an entrepreneur with varied business interest and the founder of Yabah Group.
He has also undertaken various consultancy works with the following companies:
- Emmanest Farms – 2000 (50,000 poultry farm project)
- Soltrek Meat Processing Ltd – 2001 to 2002 (100 tons per week Piggery)
Currently, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Yabah Properties and Investment Gh. Ltd, with over twenty-nine (29) years working experience and has a very unique way of understanding issues and people because of his extensive travels across the lengths and breadths of the country. His travels give him an in-depth Socio – Political perspective on the need to solve the housing issues in the country which gave birth to the Yabah Vision.
Mr. Ackaah-Gyasi is a result oriented individual with an advance knowledge in Information gathering, analysis, classification, dissemination, and protection. He has a cumulative work experience of over 6 years in various positions from diverse industries.
He has worked in the managerial capacity as a Hotel Administrator for Yabah Hotel and Resort before joining Yabah Properties. Prior to that, he was a Programs and Events Manager for Akroma Plaza Hotel. He is a graduate of the University of Ghana with a Master of Arts Degree in Information Studies with specialty in Records and Archives management.
